Committee Members | Report / Objectives

The Sub-Committee currently has seven members:

Elizabeth Morgan (Convener) is senior landscape conservation architect with Office of Public Works. She is involved in conservation advisory and implementation works to historic landscapes and gardens.

Lisa Courtney is an archaeologist with Margaret Gowen & Co Ltd involved with the EIA and planning processes and research studies.

Jacqui Donnelly is conservation architect with the Architectural Heritage Advisory Unit of the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government. She has authored a number of conservation advisory publications for DoEHLG.

Margaret Gowen is founder and managing director of Margaret Gowen &Co Ltd, a commercial consultancy and project management practice

Louise Harrington is a conservation and historic landscape consultant working with TKB Southgate & Associates  based in Cork.

Dr Finola O'Kane-Crimmins is lecturer in architecture and conservation at the UCD School of Architecture Landscape and Civil Engineering. She authored a book on Landscape Design in Eighteenth-Century Ireland.

Patrick Shaffrey is an architect and town planner with Shaffrey Associates. He has authored several books dealing with architecture and landscape including the neglected area of rural planning.
